Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Knightsbridge, London – £55,000

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a premium commercial office building in Knightsbridge. This is a client-facing position within a small on-site engineering team, working alongside a Mechanical Engineer to deliver a first-class maintenance service. The successful candidate will be electrically biased, technically competent, and confident managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining strong relationships with the client. The role requires a hands-on supervisor who is comfortable making decisions, managing electronic logbooks and CAFM systems, and communicating effectively with both clients and contractors. This is a challenging but rewarding position with significant client interaction and responsibility.

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday - 08:00am – 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day engineering operations across the siteCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceManaging electronic logbooks and CAFM systemsIssuing and controlling Permits to WorkLiaising directly with the client and attending regular meetingsCoordinating specialist contractors and monitoring service deliveryEnsuring compliance with health & safety procedures and site regulationsProducing weekly and monthly reportsSupporting the Mechanical Engineer and maintaining a collaborative team environmentIdentifying and escalating technical issues where necessaryMaintaining accurate records and ensuring all works are completed to a high standardRequirements
