Apprentice Business Administrator

Answering the telephones & general reception duties Maintaining the Admin email box Working with CSR inputting orders on the system Forwarding all customer POD’s and uploading them onto CRM Liaison between the company and the various overseas ventures to chase any outstanding orders, enquiries and other outstanding issues Assistance in marketing campaigns including mailshots Literature on any media Holiday and absentee cover for CSR’s and if necessary other functions within the organisation

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
An opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 (alternatively 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00) and Friday 07:00 - 15:00.
