Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environmentConfident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situationsStrong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based callsEmpathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficultiesExcellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindsetFlexibility to work a rotating shift patternThis is a temporary position for approx. 2 month initially, offering full time hours on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including 1 Saturday a month.
You'll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour + benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
