Guest Services Team Leader
Service Care Solutions are working with a Housing Association based in South East England who have a Permanent vacancy for a Guest Services Team Leader.
As a Team Leader, you will ensure that guests receive excellent customer service.
As well as working as part of the wider team, you will supervise the assistants and ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness and safety to all Key worker accommodation.
Duties will include:-
Report and monitor all repairs and defects to the accommodation team
Cleaning and preparing void properties
Cleaning of communal areas
Monitoring activities and preparation of reports in area of repairs, health and safety and environmental issues
Monitoring performance of staff which will include carrying out Smart Chats, 121, sickness related meetings and setting up objectives
Produce regular reports in relevance to team performance
Assist in the induction and training of staff
Maintain a good working relationship with residents and other customers, staff and client representatives by dealing courteously with complaints and enquiries
Carrying out regular block and estate inspections, provide written report with photo evidence, liaise with other departments, contractors and Estate Services teams to action accordingly on highlighted issues
You will have/be:-
Previous experience in a cleaning/housekeeping position
Customer service focused
Confident supervising a team of assistants
Comfortable working with phone/tablet devices
Have a full UK driving license
Knowledge of health & safety legislation
Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
