Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator

To help plan, prepare and set out in accordance with the EYFS an attractive, stimulating range of experiences, equipment, activities & displays which are suitable for the age range of children you are working with, both indoors and out To have a sound and good understanding of safeguarding children. To actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring that policies and procedures are observed at all times To attend and complete relevant safeguarding training as required by the setting and traineeship To establish & develop close, effective working partnerships with parents/carers to ensure the well-being of their children To adhere to the early years statutory frameworks and to give due regard to equalities, diversity, inclusion, anti-discrimination and human rights To work alongside professional agencies and Ofsted To ensure policies and procedures are fully understood and adhered to To recognise and maintain the importance of confidentiality To assist key workers in collating information on each individual child through observations, monitoring, assessing and recording To contribute to regular room/staff meetings- weekly/monthly for discussion, planning and development of good practice To maintain all equipment in good repair to ensure high standards of health and safety and report any defects promptly to the room senior, nursery manager or nursery director Plus additional duties

All of our nurseries offer fantastic care and Early Years education for babies from 6 weeks old to children up to 5 and a holiday club catering for children up to 8 years old during school holidays.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.
