Overseeing multiple restaurants they are looking for a Construction & Project Coordinator to be part of all the new and ongoing construction projects!Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all project details, timelines and deliverablesKey liaison with landlord tenant coordinators, designers, general contractors and VPObtain start-up documentation from contractors and conduct kick-off meetings prior to project start-up to ensure scope of work and stakeholder’s expectations are metLook at ways to reduce costsOversee budget and forecasting for projectsIn charge of all status reports
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field or; 3+ years solid experience in new construction and in a supervisory capacitySome experience with remodeling projectsExperience within hospitality idealWorking knowledge of green building practicesExcellent relationship building skillsAbility to multi taskExtremely organisedTechnical Skills– Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel;
