Administrator Apprentice
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
You will begin working from our office in WF4 while you learn the role, and once fully trained, you will transition to working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Make outbound calls to suppliers, customers, and staff Process and place orders, as well as take orders over the phone Organise weekly wages and support payroll administration Send, receive, and manage emails professionally Reconcile invoices and financial documents using Xero Track job progress, update staff schedules, and maintain spreadsheets Support the team with general administrative duties Update and maintain company social media pages with basic contentTraining:
