Junior Design Engineer Apprenticeship

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Design exhaust systems as per the requirements specified by the project team. Engineer stainless steel sheet metal products with a focus on ease of manufacturing. Deliver feedback to the wider group that drives continuous improvements within Eminox. Support implementation GD&T principles into our drawings and designs.

Training:
The Apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in L3 Engineering Fitter. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln College, 1 day per week, term time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours. 

Training Outcome:

On successful completion, you could progress into a role such as Engineering Designer, with opportunities to specialise further within design and development.



Employer Description:

Eminox designs and manufactures exhaust after-treatment systems, reducing emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment.



Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.
