Apprentice Early Years Educator

With mentoring, support and training you will complete the following tasks: 

Build positive relationships with children and their parents/carers. Maintaining a safe, secure friendly and clean environment for children. Contribute towards the planning of and delivery of teaching and learning for children in the settings. Prepare meals/snacks for the children and ensure meal/snack times are a pleasant social and healthy experience for the children, whilst meeting individual children’s dietary requirements. Develop skills in observing and assessing children’s learning and development to identify next steps for learning. Identify children’s emerging need and learn strategies to support with this.

Training Outcome:

Early Years Educator on completion of the apprenticeship.
