Business Admin L3 Apprentice (Commercial)
Incoming call answering, fielding customer enquiries to the appropriate person
Checking stock availability and raising quotations
Following up on sales quotes and maintaining client records
Responding to non-sales queries such as order progression updates, transport queries, incorrect/missing items etc
Contact customers to obtain missing information and respond to queries
Raise sales orders in the system and liaise with operations/transport and sales to ensure smooth order progression through processing and delivery
To maintain customer account details to ensure up-to-date contact, delivery and unloading information is on file; to provide relevant information to purchasing, accounts, works and transport departments to ensure the company complies with Health & Safety legislation and can exceed our customers’ expectations on customer service
All related administration
Training:
On the job training plus 1 day per week spent at North Lindsey College.
Training Outcome:
The role will become a permanent administrative role.
