Apprentice Contracts Team Administrator
Duties:
Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records and reports for all teams Perform general tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Assist with scheduling appointments, orders, bookings and coordinating meetings Help with organising and maintaining office supplies and inventory Prepare and distribute reports, site packs, and other documents as needed Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assignedTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 Remote learning via Teams
Training Outcome:
Previous apprentices have been retained in the company with progression.
