Business Administrator Apprentice
General duties including (full training will be provided):
Assist with stock audits and evaluations Input and manage regulatory data submissions accurately Professionally handle incoming telephone calls and provide helpful responses Welcome and assist customers in a friendly manner Perform general administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence via email and letter Accurately enter and maintain data in internal systems with speed and attention to detail Monitor and track internal projects, including workflow and testing results Extract, manipulate, and analyse information using various databases Organise meetings and prepare supporting documents such as agendas and minutes Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the line manager Take a proactive sales approach by contacting existing and potential customers Follow up with suppliers regarding late deliveries and order issues Input quotations and orders into the system efficiently Perform POD (proof of delivery) searches, filing, and issue relevant certificatesTraining:
Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer.
Day release - you will undertake The Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship standard.
You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed. You will undertake both on and off the job training by a team of industry-qualified professionals to give you the best skills, knowledge, and experience.
Training Outcome:
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate. Several opportunities for career progression on completion.
