Engineering maintenance technician apprenticeship

Maintenance Activities:

Assist with planned and preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment reliability Support reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on manufacturing plant and equipment

Help maintain electrical and mechanical systems, such as:

Motors (single and three-phase) Power supplies and low voltage electrical distribution  Actuators, pumps, valves, fans and gearboxes  Sensors, controls and basic programmable systems (where applicable)

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Fully trained Maintenance Technician
