Business Admin Apprentice

Providing administration support Managing the office supplies, upkeep, cleanliness Receiving visitors and setting up for training and meetings Being the first point of contact for any email and phone enquiries Other administration duties as required e.g., registering learners onto courses, proof reading of reports & formatting pricing proposals Contributing to our processes and documentation Working on online portals to manage client training Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training

Training:

You'll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including the organisation, stakeholders, relevant regulation, business fundamentals, processes & external factors. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer.



Training Outcome:

As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.

As H&S, Fire, Environmental and Compliance Consultants and Trainers, they pride themselves on high standards, excellent service and communication. They operate nationwide from their central base. Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
