Product Development Manager

Role Responsibilities

Support in developing new products & changes to existing products within the governance framework for both own brand products and those distributed through partners
Management of product & partnership performance, monitoring of KPIs, working across the business to ensure KPIs are reflected in reporting, monitored & optimised.
Assisting on product development projects between the company and all partners.
Providing technical product input into the development of protection and savings products.
Ensuring products meet legal, regulatory and industry requirements and exceed industry best-practice.
Identifying risks, managing them with key stakeholders, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation.


Person Specification

Experience in financial services of Product Development.
Experience of UK Regulatory framework
Understanding of life protection and savings products.
Broad understanding of UK insurance market
Stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
Experienced using MS Office
