Early Years Apprentice
The apprentice will be helping and supporting children’s development by showing a positive attitude and planning a range of learning/sensory activities.
The apprentice will also be carrying out and supporting babies’ daily routine.
The apprentice will be maintaining good parent partnership relationships to ensure parents needs are met as well as children/babies.
The apprentice will be working with others to share ideas and maintain a healthy stimulating environment.
The apprentice will have key children and will be responsible for assessing their progress every month and setting targets/next steps for them to meet as well as supporting them meet those goals.
Training Outcome:
Full-time position as a Nursery Practioner.
