Being a key person for a group of children– supporting their safety, emotional wellbeing, and development Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team Supporting inclusive practices and working with the Senior Team and regional SENDCo Promoting healthy habits and supporting children’s positive attitudes towards food and active lifestyles Contributing to a culture of safeguarding where every child’s voice is heard and valued

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
For the successful candidate, there is the possibility of ongoing employment upon completion of the relevant qualification
