HR Apprentice

As part of the role your main duties will include:

Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, including preparing contracts and scheduling interviews Maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and filing systems Supporting HR administration, including staff queries and correspondence Monitoring completion of mandatory training Support with payroll on a monthly basis

Training:

CIPD Level 3 HR Support in Education Apprenticeship delivered by United Apprenticeships.

The apprenticeship should typically take 13 months to complete, with the final assessment taking up to 12 weeks.

It will be delivered thorugh monthly live online workshops and a couple of in-person days that will give you the opportunity to build your confidence and learn alongside peers. You will also be required to complete tasks weekly as set by the tutor. These tasks will be consolidated through a portfolio of evidence.

There are six modules to complete:

HR and the Business Talent and Resourcing Performance and Reward HR Data and Analytics Employee Relations HR Professional Skills

Training Outcome:
You will become CIPD Level 3 qualified in HR Support in Education This opens pathways to roles such as HR Advisor, HR Officer, or HR Administrator With experience, you could progress to Level 5 CIPD, specialise in recruitment, learning and development
