Business Administrator Apprentice

Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records Answering phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries from young people, parents, and community members Assisting with the organisation and coordination of youth and community activities, workshops, and events Supporting staff with preparing documents, reports, and promotional materials Updating databases and helping to monitor attendance and participation in programmes Welcoming visitors and ensuring a friendly, professional front-of-house environment Working as part of a team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the project Following safeguarding, confidentiality and health & safety procedures at all times

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
There will be the possibility of full time employment upon successful completion of your apprenticeship

Shifts to be confirmed between 9.30am to 3.30pm
