Successful candidates will be trained in the following:
Understanding of technical engineering drawings used for manufacturing Following job cards, procedures and instructions from the team leader Understanding the uses of various cutting tools Setting of various Mill/Turn CNC machines Setting of tool offsets and understanding wear offsets on CNC Machines Submitting of first-off parts to inspection Use of inspection equipment including Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges etc. Measuring of component parts as they are producedApplicants should have:
An excellent attitude in their work ethics Have good attention to detail Be able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team Keeping a clean and safe working area and understanding all aspects of Health and Safety within the workshop Applicants must also be punctual, reliable and have a mature and professional outlookTraining:
