Customer Communications Centre Apprentice
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, learning how to:
Talk confidently to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media Support customers with general enquiries, repairs and account queries Deliver a positive, professional and empathetic customer experience Work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues Build your confidence, communication skills and customer service experienceYou won’t be expected to know everything on day one - full training and support will be provided.
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need lots of experience - we’re looking for the right attitude:
Friendly, polite and confident communicator Willing to learn and ask questions Enjoys helping people Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Office Able to balance work and college commitmentsTraining:
Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Level 2.
