Apprentice Administrator

Reporting into the Team Leader – Curriculum Administration & Reception and part of the wider Curriculum Administration team, as our Apprentice Administrator you will play a key administration role and help support colleagues across the college. 

The primary duties of this post will include:

Provide a first-class clerical/administrative/secretarial/PA/student support service to the Directors, Head of Departments and staff within the Directorate of Teaching & Learning Liaise between Departments for collation/dissemination of information Support colleagues within Curriculum Administration, Reception & Customer Service Act as a central point of contact for departmental enquires from external and internal customers Provide collation/dissemination of Teaching & Learning data and information

 



Training Outcome:

To achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator
