Office Administration Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally Filing, scanning, and maintaining office records Supporting pharmacy and head office staff with admin tasks Scheduling meetings and training sessions Updating spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems Handling post and documentation Supporting HR and payroll administration where required Maintaining confidentiality at all times Keeping office areas organised and professionalWhat You Will Gain:

If successful, you will be required to complete 6 hours as 'off the job' time each week. You will be allocated an assessor who will visit you within the workplace once every 6-8 weeks. In addition, you will attend online lessons once every other week.
Training Outcome:
A permanent position may be available, on completion of this apprenticeship.
