Contact Centre Advisor Apprentice (Pitsea)

Dealing with routine enquiries from our Residents, predominantly regarding maintenance and repairs. Making it easy for residents to access the right services at the right time, ensuring a positive service outcome and timely resolution. Handling routine enquiries from leaseholders, particularly around maintenance, and working closely with Neighbourhood Management and other colleagues to address issues efficiently and cost‑effectively. Ensuring residents have access to the right services, correct service outcome and that resident queries/complaints are resolved, wherever possible, first time.

Training:

You will complete a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship alongside your role to achieve qualifications through a combination of work-based learning and day release study.
