Mechanical HGV Engineer Apprentice - Warrington

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools safely Complete inspections and MOT preparation Maintain accurate service records and job cards Follow health & safety procedures and manufacturer standards Work as part of a team to ensure vehicles are roadworthy and reliable

Training:
Heavy Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician Level 3 2 week block release to Stephenson College, Coalville Functional skills if necessary On-the-job training Off-the-job training

Training Outcome:

Career progression would be to Become full HGV Technician with possibility to work with the refrigeration engineers, do your FGAS certification and work your way into the workshop controller/regional fleet engineer roles with time.

Working Hours :
40-hours week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm. Monday to Friday, either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm
