Office Assistant Apprentice
Provide administrative support to team members and our clients, including data entry and clerical tasks
Manage and organise files, ensuring that all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with procurement as needed
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3.
Training will be provided internally as well as monthly apprenticeship workshops with your allocated tutor at work location.
Training Outcome:
This is a growing company and a full-time role with opportunities to progress within will be offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
