Food and Beverage Team Member Apprentice Level 2

Your role will be:

Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Taking food and drink orders accurately and offering menu guidance when needed Preparing and serving beverages, including hot drinks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages (where applicable) Delivering food to tables promptly and ensuring correct presentation and portioning Clearing tables, resetting them, and maintaining a clean, organised dining area Handling payments, operating tills, and processing transactions correctly Following food safety, hygiene, and health‑and‑safety standards at all times Supporting kitchen and bar teams during busy periods Restocking service areas with cutlery, glassware, condiments, and supplies Responding to guest requests or concerns quickly to ensure a positive experience

Training:

Food and Beverage Team Member Level 2.

Training Outcome:

You can progress to being a Supervisor, Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager.
