Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Apprentice – Point of Care
Supporting day-to-day Health & Safety activities across site
Helping to keep systems and records up to date (e.g. incident reporting and documentation)
Assisting with analysing data such as accidents, near misses and safety observations
Supporting inspections, audits and compliance checks
Getting involved in investigations and learning how risks are identified and managed
Assisting with training activities such as inductions or safety updates
Working with colleagues across different teams
Getting involved in improvement activities to help make processes safer and more effective
Supporting wellbeing initiatives across the site
Building your skills using digital tools, systems and Microsoft Office
Training:
Training will take place on-site at our Sudbury facility, supported by blended delivery including live webinars, online learning and distance learning. Training is delivered regularly alongside your on-the-job experience.
Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship provides a pathway into a career in Environment, Health & Safety.
On completion, there may be opportunities to continue developing within the business, subject to performance and business needs.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, shifts TBC. 37.5 hours a week
