Business Administration Apprentice
Start - 3 months:
To cut down first response time Increase the resolution rate Improve customer satisfaction3-6 months
Improve knowledge of company and understanding of the business as a whole Improve the customer onboarding experience. Improve the order journey6-12 months
Help build on the company knowledge base to help lower ticket volume Have a good understanding of our CRM and other systems Full ownership of their assigned tasks12+ months
To be fully independent in the role Have a broader understanding of the organisation Be able to work on their own projects with little guidanceTraining:
1 day every 2 weeks term time at college Work place mentor College appointed assessor
Training Outcome:
For the right candidate, the role could lead to a full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship. With the potential to lead to training in different sectors within the company.

We have a small work environment with about 4 office staff and two Engineers.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday : 9am-5pm.
