APPRENTICE EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR LEVEL 3

Helping the class teacher with classroom jobs, supervising children during their independent, self-led activities as well as supporting during focused learning, small group interventions.  To supervise children whilst eating lunch and snack.  To encourage children to develop their own self-care whilst supporting them to (where relevant) change for PE or using the bathroom. 

Training:

We will support their training programme given by the training provider; we will provide opportunity for the apprentice to observe leading practitioners as well as putting their skills into practice. The apprentice will be able to access CPD provided by the school and arch diocese at staff meetings and inset. 



Training Outcome:

To have had a range of practical and pedagogical opportunities to develop their own role within the classroom and whole school and thus, ensure they are well prepared for their future career.
