Project management support: Assisting in the planning and execution of project management initiatives to drive organisational transformation Stakeholder engagement: Engaging with various stakeholders including employees, management, and external partners Process improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency Project Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of projects across the portfolio Risk Management: identifying potential risks associated with projects and developing mitigation strategies to minimise disruption to the business Staying updated with advancements in tools relevant to the insurance industry Assist the change team with adhoc support and requests Management information: the production and collation of reporting for various boards, groups and committees
