The Role of the Service Engineer

Field based service engineer role.

Provide field service engineering support for the routine servicing, repair and installation of Xray and other Medical Imaging equipment.

To provide technical support to equipment stakeholders, both physically attending site and in the form of telephone support.

Travel is an integral part of the role.

Most of the work is in the London area but there will be a need to travel nationally to service equipment and install equipment.

Need to be commutable distance into London.

Basic salary is £38k-£48k

£2750 Bonus



Estate car- will be moving to hybrid end of 2022

4 x salary Death in Service

Pension - Employer contribute 5%

24 days’ Holiday + Bank Holidays

The Ideal Person for the Service Engineer

Ideally will have X-ray or Radar engineering background.

Medical Equipment will also be considered.

Must have good electronics knowledge, although there is some mechanical work but not much.

Must be prepared for nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays.
