OIC Portal Fee earner – Stockport

I am currently recruiting for a well established law firm based in Stockport who are looking to recruit an experienced OIC portal fee earner to join their Personal Injury team on a permanent basis.

Role

The successful candidate will be managing a caseload of predominantly claimant RTA OIC portal cases with some MOJ and will obtain exposure to higher value cases.

Using proclaim case management system you will be required to liaise with clients, third parties, opposition solicitors to obtain the best results for your clients.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of the OIC/MOJ claims process and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will also need to demonstrate strong decision making, negotiation and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
