Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator - Amazing Brand

Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator / Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator is required for an amazing company who are a very well-known household brand operating in the FMCG space.

We are looking for an Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator who has experience co-ordinating high volume levels of recruitment and provides excellent service levels to all.
In reward you will be paid a salary of up to £27,000 p.a.

and receive a 5% bonus and lots of lovely benefits.

Offering a hybrid working week, you’ll be based between the West London office 3 days a week and based from home for 2 days a week.
The successful Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator / Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator will be part of a very friendly and lively team who provide a professional service to colleagues and candidates across all head office functions.
The Internal Recruitment Co-Ordinator / Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator must also have:

High volume recruitment co-ordination and administration experience
Broad knowledge of the recruitment process
Highly IT literate in all MS Office packages, if you have WorkDay or SAP experience this would be an advantage

Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator / Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator duties include:

Drive great candidate experience providing a collaborative approach partnering with hiring managers, candidates and HR BP’s
Post vacancies, screening CV’s, arranging interviews, update candidate records and confirming offers
Use LinkedIn and brand platforms to post and share vacancies
Answer candidate and hiring managers questions providing advice on the recruitment process
Confirm all offers are completed accurately
Support the Recruitment Administrator during busy periods.
