Engineering Fitter Apprentice

Assisting with building and assembling trailers, including chassis, axles, suspension and body components Using hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment to fit parts accurately Reading drawings and specifications to ensure builds meet design and safety standards Supporting maintenance and repairs on trailers and components Learning welding, drilling, cutting and mechanical fitting techniques Carrying out quality checks and inspections during and after assembly Following health & safety procedures in a busy manufacturing environment Working alongside experienced fitters and engineers while completing formal training

Training:

1 day per week to take place at Northampton College. 

Training Outcome:

Structured training with promotion from within for successful candidates.

We are also a leading manufacturer of beavertail plant bodies mounted on any vehicle designed and built to your requirements. 

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 7am - 5pm.
