Quantity Surveyor

A contractor based in West London is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on a range of drylining, fit-out, and painting projects.

Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: West London (with site visits as required)
Project Value: £500K – £2M

Duties:

Managing commercial aspects of drylining, fit-out, and painting projects Overseeing project costs, valuations, and financial reporting Working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 principal contractors Supporting procurement and subcontractor management Visiting sites as required to monitor progress and costs

Package:

20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays Annual bonus
