Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef daily.Run sections within prep kitchen and live events.Lead junior chefs during busy services.Support canapé events, seated dinners and hospitality.Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency.Help manage kitchen organisation and prep.Work calmly during high-volume events.About You
