Nursery Assistant - early years apprentice

Responsibilities will include:
Supporting children’s creative and imaginative experiences To promote a positive, enjoyable, safe and stimulating environment for all children through nurturing interactions and the child’s interests Be a consistently good role model to children, colleagues, including students and volunteers. Taking into consideration the nursery core values at all times To safeguard children. Share disclosures or concerns you have about the welfare of a child without delay to those with lead responsibility for safeguarding and to escalate externally should your concerns not be dealt with appropriately Competition of daily routine records Supervising children at rest times and at mealtimes Contributing to and promoting health and safety Working closely with parents and providing feedback on their childTraining:
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills in English and maths if required
Training Outcome:
Achieving an Early Years Apprenticeship is a solid foundation for a career in the Early Years Sector

We are small group of nurseries. Elstead Tenderlinks has 12 staff members and 32 children per day.
Working Hours :
4 days a week, 7.30am - 5.30pm - 38 hours per week
