Level 3 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship

Engage in activities to support attendee There may be cases that we will ask you to provide 1:1 care with an attendee Work in our cafe/shop, supporting our attendees to serve customers

Training:

The training will take place at Sweet Surprise, 5 days a week. We will assign you 1 day a week to complete any coursewok, and expect you to take full advantage of this.

At the end of your apprenticeship, you will have an Adult Care Worker qualification.

Everyone who comes to Sweet Surprise is welcomed to our community hub.  As a non-buildings based service that’s embedded in our community, our people can enjoy activities and outcome-based opportunities that are fulfilling beyond simply making trinkets to take home.
 
Since our start in 2009 we’ve grown naturally, meeting and supporting more people at our day service, through our work placements, and in our shop and cafe. 
 
Humour is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud of the vibrant atmosphere that comes alive here every day. 

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 4.00pm. A 12 month apprenticeship could be considered at level 2 for the right candidate.
