Location: Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury & High Wycombe)
Salary: £28,738
Hours: Full-time (flexible considered)

The Role

As a Youth Worker you will support young people across Aylesbury and surrounding areas facing challenges such as mental health, exploitation risk, and offending behaviour. You’ll deliver tailored mentoring and short-term intervention programmes to help them make positive life choices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of young people

Deliver 1:1 sessions and group activities

Create personalised support plans

Track progress and maintain records

Work with partner agencies

About You

2+ years’ experience working with young people within social care or similar

Ideally experience as a Youth Worker

Understanding of safeguarding and at-risk individuals

Strong communication and organisational skills

Full UK driving licence

Commuatable and knowledgeable of the Aylesbury area
