Administration Apprentice
Extensive inductions with each member of the Country Management Team, providing an in-depth business knowledge
Working with the Warehouse Manager to support customs transport administration
SAP training
Working with the supply chain to assist with planning, reporting & forecasting
Working with IT to update & maintain the Yodeck (TV Screens) displays throughout the site
Working with the facility manager to ensure the facilities at the Bicester site are maintained
Ensuring day-to-day facility benefits, including vending machine & coffee machines, are maintained
Placing orders & maintaining stock for office & cleaning supplies as required
Directing correspondence to the correct department/individuals
Assisting the HR Manager & Cleaning Operative with events on site, such as customer visits, corporate visits & company events, including catering, meeting rooms & event activities
Minimum of 6 hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training
Training:
Working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
Training Outcome:
As with any apprenticeship opportunity – if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm, finish at 4.15 pm on Fridays!
