Apprentice Administrator - Seek Appliances LTD
SEEK Appliances is looking for a personable, competent and friendly administrative assistant to be a key point of contact for the business within the repairs arm of the business.
We are looking for someone to work 30 hours across a 4-day working week from Monday – Thursday. Shift patterns are flexible.
Day-to-day duties will include, but not be limited to:
Call handling and data processing Monitoring and maintaining an email inbox Job booking and management Following up sales leads Data Entry Meeting and Calendar supportYou will work closely with our Office Manager and receive full on-the-job training. You’ll also spend approximately 1 day per week studying for your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
We want someone self-motivated but unafraid to ask for help. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business at a time of major expansion. A driven candidate will grow in responsibility as opportunities arise.
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Functional Skills in English and maths if required 21 months inclusive of 3 month EPA period Monthly college attendance – one day per month Nottingham City Hub Campus
Please note that, as this is an apprenticeship standard, you will be required to sit an End Point Assessment.

The business is new entering an exciting new age and is in the process of furnishing a Nottingham based showroom which is displaying a range of Symphony kitchens and fitted bedrooms.
