Hairdressing Apprentice

Assisting with daily salon duties Greeting clients Washing hair Preparing clients Keeping the salon clean Supporting other staff members Learning techniques such as cutting, colouring and styling Attending college (1 day a week) & training sessions

Training:
1 day a week at Peterborough College Ongoing training on site at the Salon

Training Outcome:

-You'll become a qualified stylist with a chance to continue to move up the grades, if there is a position vacant.

-Further courses might be available upon completion of level 2

For 3 years running we were Regional Finalists of the L'Oreal Colour Trophy, Runners-up in Goldwell National Trend Zoom Young Colourist Stylist competition and went on to win the New Business Award in the Hunts Post Business Awards 2010 for Huntingdonshire and runners up in the Business Development Award 2011. This is all possible due to the motivation and enthusiasm of all the staff that work here.

At Phoenix Hair our ethos has always been to be a welcoming and friendly salon environment where we aim to provide the customers with nothing but the best in up-to-date hairdressing.

Working Hours :
-Monday at college -Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm, shifts, may work evenings and weekends.
