Year 1:
In the first year you will spend the majority of your time completing a core skills and knowledge training programme at NC Group's Training Academy, covering essential mechanical, electrical, and engineering fundamentalsYears 2 - 4:
You will be based at Senstronics, gaining hands-on experience while developing your skills to carry out a broad range of activities which may include installation, testing, fault finding, rectification, modifications and the on-going planned maintenance of complex automated equipment This requires the application of a blend of skills, knowledge and occupational behaviours across the electrical, electronic, mechanical, fluid power and control systems disciplinesTraining:

Training Outcome:
On completion of the Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship, you could progress into a full-time maintenance engineering role, such as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer With experience, there are opportunities to develop into senior or specialist engineering positions within manufacturing and automation
