We are currently looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Soho. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being fully involved on the floor, leading the team and creating an energetic atmosphere for guests.

The Role:

Supporting the Restaurant Manager and General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurantLeading and motivating the floor team during busy servicesEnsuring exceptional guest experience and service standardsBeing highly present on the floor and leading by exampleAssisting with team briefings, training, and daily operations
