Apprentice Junior Estate Agent
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Prepare and present market analysis to inform clients of property values and trends
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes
Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation
Stay informed about local market conditions, property listings, and industry trends
Ultilise marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media and online platforms
Training:
You will be pursuing a Level 2 Standard as a Junior Estate Agent, through Weston College
As part of this program, you will attend Weston College as instructed by the college for workshops
An assessor will conduct on-site observations to evaluate your progress, as well as supporting you in college throughout your apprenticeship
At the conclusion of your program, your qualification will be assessed through an End Point Assessment
Training Outcome:
Progression to negotiator and full-time job

Bond Oxborough Phillips are an independent estate agency with offices based in North Devon and North Cornwall. We’ve been successfully selling and letting property for over 25 years.
Working Hours :
5 day week.
Weekdays 8:45am- 5:30pm and every other Saturday 8:45am to 4pm.
You will be given a day off in the week for working Saturday.
