Thriving in Life Youth Support Worker Apprentice
You will be part of a geographical team made up of school nurses, a Senior Youth Support Worker and 2 Youth Support Workers
Together they will provide the interventions both within seniors schools and the community
Each school will have a named Youth Support Worker who will be their key contact and as an apprentice, you will be allocated a school and fully supported in providing the service by one of the team!
There will be 4 apprentices across the new service in North Northants and we will be encouraging peer support and opportunities to learn together
Training:
The apprentice will undergo a blended training programme that includes both Microsoft Teams sessions and face-to-face instruction
All training will be conducted on-site and during working hours
eTraining will provide functional skills training if necessary and will ensure that Health & Safety, British Values, and Equality & Diversity are thoroughly integrated throughout the course
At the end of the programme, the apprentice will receive a recognised qualification
Training Outcome:
Once qualified there may be opportunities to progress within the Thriving in Life Service or the wider organisation

We are now being commissioned for a new service called Thriving in Life working with young peoples aged 11-19 years.
Working Hours :
Generally, Monday- Friday
Flexible to meet the needs of the young people we are working in so may occasionally include evenings & weekends.
