Apprentice Repair Shop Technician

Diagnose, service, and repair products or equipment in line with manufacturer standards. Carry out maintenance, inspections, and both warranty and non-warranty repairs, with accurate documentation. Provide technical advice and support to customers, delivering a high standard of service.
• Work closely with Parts and Service teams, escalating more complex issues when needed. Maintain accurate records, high-quality work standards, and keep tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition. Follow health and safety requirements at all times and continue developing skills through training and new technologies.
