Requirements for this role:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years settingStrong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practicesA genuine passion for child development and high-quality careConfident, organised, and proactive approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities Include:

Leading and supporting daily routines, activities, and learning experiencesPlanning engaging, development-focused activitiesActing as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and familiesCarrying out observations, assessments, and planningMaintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentWorking closely with management to uphold high standardsParticipating in staff meetings and ongoing trainingContributing to the continuous improvement of the nurseryEnsuring the safeguarding, health, and wellbeing of all children
