Apprentice IT Technical Support

Provide day-to-day IT support, including setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and systems (e.g. Microsoft and VoIP) Install, monitor, and manage IT equipment, keeping accurate records and maintaining an up-to-date inventory Support IT projects and work with external providers to implement new systems and solutions Assist with business systems by generating reports, supporting users, delivering training, and improving system efficiency

Training:
On the job training at 9, Kingsthorpe Business Centre, Studland Rd, Northampton NN2 6NE and online learning with Multiverse
